The short version: your subscriber file never leaves your browser. Nobody, including me, ever sees it.

Your subscriber file

When you drop in a file, it is read and sorted by code running on your own device. It is not uploaded, stored, or sent anywhere. When you close or refresh the page, it's gone.

The downloads you make, like a group's CSV or your personality image, are created on your device too.

If you ask for your report by email

This option is optional. If you use it, I keep:

• Your email address
• A summary of your results, like your list's personality, how many subscribers you have, and the size of each group. Never the names or email addresses on your list.
• When you agreed to receive emails, so there's a record of your consent

I use this to send your report, a reminder to check your list again, and a few short tips that fit your results. These emails are sent using Customer.io, an email platform. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them straight away.

Consent

You'll only get emails beyond your report if you tick the box saying you'd like them. The box is never ticked for you. This follows Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Your choices

• Unsubscribe any time with the link in any email.
• Email hello@ifybabundo.com to see what I hold about you, or to have it deleted.

No selling, no sharing

I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't share it with anyone except the tools needed to send emails.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top will change too.
